About

CasitaReady was built for Phoenix metro homeowners who want straight answers about building a backyard guest house or ADU on their property.

Arizona's ADU regulations changed significantly in 2024 with the passage of House Bill 2720, which requires municipalities to permit accessory dwelling units — what most homeowners call a guest house, casita, or backyard cottage — on all single-family lots. Every city in Maricopa County has since adopted its own ordinance, each with different size limits, setback requirements, and permit processes.

Our team brings decades of experience in real estate, construction, and development across the Phoenix metro area. That expertise is built into every assessment we produce — so you get answers grounded in real market knowledge, not just regulatory lookups.

CasitaReady cuts through that complexity. We combine local regulatory knowledge with parcel-level property data to produce a clear, accurate assessment for your specific lot — not a generic answer that applies to any property in any city.

We currently serve Tempe and Phoenix and are expanding to Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, and Scottsdale. Every assessment is reviewed before delivery to ensure accuracy.
